We do everything we can to make sure that everything we sell is intact, hygienic, sealed, and has never been directly touched by a human, and also, has never been used before. Once an order leaves our warehouse facility there is no way of verifying that the products within are still new and unused.

Hence, We do not give satisfaction returns:

Items purchased online through maylisacc.com cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only within 60 days of purchase.To process your defective exchange promptly, all returns must be pre-approved, please contact our customer service: shopify@maylisacc.com and our staffs will contact you within 48 hours.
